Special Surprise
If your looking to make there be something different and exciting about your cupcake, an idea is that after your cupcakes have cooled off from the oven, inject a special ingredient inside. You could either squirt some frosting inside, or put a little treat like some chocolate chips that will spill out when you take a bite. The best way to do this is: 1) Scoop part of the cupcake out from the middle. Only dig about 3/4 down – make sure not to dig out the bottom or else whatever you decide to put in the middle, will fall out the bottom when you take off the wrapper. 2) Take whatever you are going to put inside the cupcake and place it inside the hole. If the ingredient that you would like to put in is too big, it is better to chop it up instead of making the hole to big because if you make the hole to big the cupcake might fall apart when you take the wrapper off. 3) Put the part of the cupcake that you took out in the step 1 back on the cupcake covering the secret ingredient. 4) It is probably a good idea to frost the cupcake that way you would not be able to see that you created a hole in the cupcake. Since you will frost the cupcake, it is not really needed to cover up your ingredient in step 3, but it is a good idea.
